The Lean Story Design is not a model, but a mindset. To illustrate the scope, we have elaborated it in a playing field.
- With LSD you innovate simultaneously on three dimensions.
- The LEAN dimension is about how we do things. It plays on the energy field Relationship and revolves around the process and project. We mainly use the Lean pillars of resilience and autonomy for this.
- The STORY dimension is about why we do what we do. It plays on the energy field Context and revolves around the so-called purpose. We mainly use storytelling here.
- The DESIGN dimension is about what we do and for whom. It plays on the energy field Activity and revolves around the product and the customer. We mainly use design thinking for this.
- The three dimensions come together in the LSD workshops. In the workshops we work simultaneously on the What, Why and How.
