Action learning
We call our session ‘workshops’ but it is often referred to by the term ‘action learning‘. The term was first used by British management consultant and professor Reg Revans (1907-2003). In short, it concerns ‘the process in which a group of participants works hands-on with real problems, resulting in concrete actions that lead to the actual realization of the solution (s) devised’. With Action learning you do not learn innovation from a book or a conceived case, but in your own practice.
